Ed Hammond
Hammond Services began operation twenty years ago by a retired Air Force Sergeant who loved hard work and a challenge. Supported by his devoted wife, Barbara, who also shared his zeal and determination, the team set forth to create and establish Hammond Services in Griffin, Georgia. Ed Hammond based this business on the guiding principles of hard work, reliability and 100% guarantees. Customer service is a vital key to longevity in the business world.
A leader in the Georgia heating and cooling field, Ed is actively involved in a number of associations and special causes. He is on the board of CAAG (Conditioned Air Association of Georgia) and actively involved with Georgia Power, Atlanta Gas Light and their training programs. He offers his time to give back to the community in a variety of ways ... working with high school apprenticeship programs for heating and cooling, teaching HVAC programs and courses at the local Technical College and within Hammond Services, involvement in the local Chamber of Commerce boards for Industry and Business as well as many others. He believes in family, both his own and his business, and the opportunities each day brings.
The same principles and loyalty that began Hammond Services in 1979, hold true today. Customers can rely on the Hammond team to get the job done, whatever it may be ... and do it right, the first time.
Ed currently resides in Griffin with his wife and children and grandchildren.
