AIR CONDITIONING & HEATING SERVICES (Spring & Fall):

- Clean & check thermostat
- Check all safety controls
- Lubricate moving parts
- Check belt & adjust tension
- Check for correct rotation of fan/blower
- Check & tighten loose electrical connections
- Check blower wheel & motor (Summer operation)
- Check fan speed (Winter/Summer operation)
